Improved member engagement journeys
Available only to clients administered by Alexforbes
In the past members were only contacted when they started or left employment, with some interactions leading up to retirement.
In the future there will be increased engagements with members while they are employed, including but not limited to 30 and 60 days after employment, birthday messages leading up to retirement and targeted active member engagements. These interactions take place via WhatsApp and members should be made aware that Alexforbes will contact them this way.
It opens the opportunity for members to interact with Alexforbes whenever they need it, for example to assist with consolidating their funds and checking their risk cover at a life event.
